During CSGM’s initial visit with JZMK it was discovered that they also had previous experience in the Texas hill country. Intrigued by the location and CSGM’s plan to preserve the integrity of the hillside, JZMK became the perfect fit for the team. Nine years of design and redesign followed to arrive at the definition and look of “Urban Hill Country Living” you see nestled next to the Balcones Canyonlands today.
