Is there a warranty on my new home?

The builder warrants the construction for one year. Additionally, should you have any issues; all homes will come with a warranty from well-known warranty providers, StrucSure Home Warranty. You can view the details of this warranty under the “Documents” tab of our website.

What is required to hold a unit?

Completing a purchase agreement and making a deposit.

Who built the Hillside and have they built something like this before?

The Hillside is the innovative concept of Texas Capital Partners, an Austin based private investment group with extensive real-estate and development experience on over 25 multi-family projects. Long trusted in the Austin area, Prestige Builders, is a custom home builder that is in charge of the actual construction of our Hillside homes.

What are the interior finishes?

Hillside homes feature an array of contemporary finishes, with wide plank wood flooring, designer tile, lighting and much more.

Additionally, you may choose to go visit Floor King’s design center, who managed the original finishes and can provide information on changes you may wish to make.

Are there going to be more homes built?

No, the community is now complete.

What are the HOA dues and what do they cover?

The HOA dues range from $243 to $444 per month. Structural and exterior maintenance, repairs and insurance are covered, plus landscaping and common areas such as the pool.(Over time, actual dues may vary based on cost fluctuations, insurance expenses, maintenance and/or management fee costs in regards to common elements.)

Do you offer backyards and will they be fenced?

All of the units come with deeded backyards, and some of our homes, where terrain allows, come with a fenced back yard. On our website, under the description of each unit on the site plan, fenced backyards are noted.

Are pets going to be allowed?

Yes, 2 pets per household are allowed. Obviously some breeds of dog can be dangerous, so there may be some restrictions placed upon dogs of this nature.

How many different floor plans do you offer?

The Hillside has 6 different floor plans, most of which offer options that you can choose from to make it your very own. These options are focused around loft, study or third bedroom and bath possibilities. So in essence there are about 13 different layouts of the floor plans available.

Do you have any single story units?

The Vista Plan is an inverted design that has been very attractive to several single story homebuyers.

What outside amenities does Hillside have?

The community pool area at The Hillside is an resort style area with superb views of the surrounding hills and downtown. There is also a hot tub, poolside outdoor kitchen and fireplace for your entertaining and enjoyment.

Is it a gated community?

Yes, the entrance of the property is secured with a completely custom-designed, heavy metal gate with limestone walls and illuminated landscaping that exemplifies our urban hill country living theme.

What are the views like; can you see downtown at all?

Absolutely you can! The views are the essence of The Hillside. Take in the panoramic views from over half the units, and let the eye wonder over the surrounding lush hill country, nature preserves and the downtown skyline.

How far away is downtown Austin?

Easy access down FM 2222 to Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) or Loop1/Mopac makes downtown Austin only a short drive away.

How far away is Lake Travis?

Go 2 miles West on FM2222 to 620, (Four Points shopping and business area) turn left, and you will start seeing beautiful views of Lake Travis where several boat launches can be found within a few miles either direction.

How far away is Lake Austin?

Go a couple of miles East on FM2222 to Loop 360, turn right and you will see the famous Pennybacker Bridge over Lake Austin with a boat launch below.
